Annual Grants 2026/2027

 

1. There will be two categories of Annual Grant:

Small Grants – awards up to £500
Large Grants – awards from £501 to £1000.

2. The total Annual Grants fund available is £20,000.

3. A minimum of 50% of the Annual Grant fund will be awarded as Small Grants.

4. Three rounds of Annual Grant funding have been agreed for the year 2026-27

Round 1 - Applications close on Thursday 30 April  (Finance & General Purposes Committee meeting date to decide is Tuesday 19 May 2026)

Round 2 - Applications close on Tuesday 30 June 2026 (Finance & General Purposes Committee meeting date to decide is Tuesday 21 July 2026)

Round 3 - Applications close on Wednesday 30 September 2026 (Finance & General Purposes Committee meeting date to decide is Monday 16 November 2026)

Round 4 - Applications close on Sunday 31 January 2027 (Finance & General Purposes Committee meeting date to decide is Thursday 25 March 2027)

3. Applications will be considered by the Grants Sub-Committee. Members will score applications according to the score sheets in Appendix 1c
