Following a consultation which began in 2025, we have been looking to reimagine this annual event, to make it more accessible and better supported.

In March our Finance & General Purposes Committee considered a proposal from a local organisation to hold the Braderie indoors and across several venues, using their established successful format.

The committee agreed to hand over the running of the Braderie to them.

Unfortunately, that group stepped back from their proposal and we are now exploring options for this year.
