Support Groups

Local support groups are a great way to meet other people experiencing the same things for practical and emotional support. A local group will generally offer friendship, information & advice, emotional & moral support, a listening ear, regular meetings and other activities.

The list below helps you find and put you in touch with the local Support Group you need.

If you run a Support Group and you're not on the list below, please send us an email. Likewise, if you're involved in running one of the Support Groups listed here and there's anything that needs updating or there's more you'd like to say, then please drop us a line
