Message from the Mayor of Deal

Pandemic restrictions have been eased, and we all yearn for a return to normal.

But infection numbers are rising nationally, and the virus has not gone away.

Yes, we can take personal responsibility, but part of that is having concern for others.

The government has advised us all to be cautious, and I would ask you to carefully consider how your decision may impact on others.

Wearing a mask, social distancing, and sanitising hands are still sensible things to do.

Infection numbers are mercifully low in Deal, and I hope we can all do our bit to keep them like that.
