The Deal & Walmer Lions Club is a part of Lions Clubs International, a network of volunteers who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.

Third Tuesday at 7.45pm at The Royal Marines Association

On April 4th 2010 The Deal and Walmer Lions Club staged a Y-Front Sea Front Walk Fundraising Event in aid of PSA Kent, a charity set up to purchase through various fund raising events scanners for the detection of Prostate Cancer. Lion Vic Windsor and eight other walkers entered the event and walked a 5kilometer route along Deal seafront to Kingsdown and back to the Sea Scout hut at The Strand, Deal. Lion Vic raised approximately £1200.00p out of a total of £1724.36p a magnificent achievement on his part, one that Deal and Walmer Lions are very proud of. On Saturday 18th September at The Lions first quiz night of the new season Lion Vic was asked by Lion President Ken Buxey to present the cheque to PSA Kent Chairman Alan and PSA Kent Fundraiser Graham.
